I'm not so sure about this one. I know kids will like it- complete chaos in a junkyard, what more can a little one ask for? I didn't like the fact that many of the words were in a different font, size, and/or thickness- maybe that was what the third illustrator was for. I just don’t see an early reader knowing what to do with all of the font changes but maybe that’s just me. Sure, the story progresses, words are repeated, sentences are simple but I’m not sure it creates a successful reading experience.
